He praised the event for significantly enhancing cultural cooperation between Japan and Cambodia, and thanked the Royal Government of Cambodia for selecting Osaka as the venue for this meaningful celebration.

The "Khmer Sanctuary in Japan" event, held at Osaka Castle, was organized by the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training in cooperation with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Japan, the ESEA team, and the Cambodian Friends Association. Chaired by Minister Heng Sour, the celebration was attended by Nakano Hiromasa, a member of Japan's National Assembly, along with governors and mayors from the region, members of the Cambodian community, students, interns, workers, and over 10,000 national and international guests.
